Affiliate Marketing and Consultation

Our company, Schaaf Consulting, specializes in outsourced, turnkey affiliate program management, sometimes known as OPM (Outsourced Program Management). We can evaluate your strategy, launch your program, boost your recruiting, or do it all. You don't have to do any more than look at the weekly reports. But if you needs specific metrics or information, we can get that, too.

Managing affiliates is really a combination of different skills, including: finding and recruiting new performers, cultivating and tracking relationships with existing ones, delivering the support and customer service they require, detecting fraud, and keeping the merchant informed. We are continually evolving our methodologies and acquiring new technologies to optimize performance in each of these specialties.

Exclusivity

If you have a large network managing your affiliates, there's a good chance that they are in the complicated position of also working for your competitors - who are fighting for the same affiliates. While Schaaf Consulting is managing your program, we won't work with another program in the same vertical. It's in our contract. That means our affiliate managers are always working in your interests.

Hours

Schaaf Consulting does not impose restrictions on the number of hours our specialists dedicate to your program. Like salaried employees, we are hired to get the job done, not count billable hours.

Pricing

We work with all clients to create a pricing structure that works best with their potential. For full program management, we generally charge a flat monthly fee plus performance incentives. Depending on the specific situation, the flat fee will generally not fall below $3,000 per month. We do evaluate client circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
